30-Day Refund Guarantee

All purchases made through our website are covered by a 30-day refund policy in line with your consumer rights. If you are not completely satisfied with your product within the first 30 days of receiving it, you may request a refund or replacement.

1-Year Product Warranty

All GK01 products, including goalkeeper grip sprays, hand grip sprays, foaming soap glove and boot cleaners, and football boot deodoriser sprays, are backed by a 1-year warranty against material or manufacturing defects.

If a fault develops due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 12 months of the purchase date, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper application, or neglect
• Normal wear & tear
• Products used for purposes other than their intended use.
• Products not stored in the correct conditions. ie Products left in hot vehicles.

Making a Warranty Claim

• Full address (Where we can send a replacement if needed)
• Product name
• Proof of Purchase (Order number/Order ID)*
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issue/problem/fault
• A photo if possible

*A valid proof of purchase is required to process all warranty claims.

Please note our team is not able to process your claim without all the above information. Any missing information will be requested by our team before we can continue processing your claim.

What if my Warranty has Expired / is Void? 

If your warranty has expired or void due to the exclusions outlined above, please do still contact us with any issues, our helpful team are on hand to supply replacement products at a fair price.
