Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GK01. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our us at enquiries@gk01.co.uk to receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
All returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging (Outer packaging of kits etc) & unused.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect.
Refunds will be processed within 3- 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item(s) and are subject to availability.

No refund can be offered to End of Line sale items. These items will be clearly marked as such as time of sale.
