How to Use:

For best results, hands should be clean and dry before applying Get a Grip Premium Hand Grip.

1. Shake the bottle up to mix the liquid (important especially if the bottle has sat for a while).

2. Apply to the palms using 4 or 5 sprays ( Apply more or less sprays to achieve the desired amount of grip).

3. Rub hands together to evenly spread the spray across the palms.

4. Allow hands to dry and activate, approx. 2 minutes (Drying times can vary depending on the amount sprayed).
