How to Use Get a Grip Original:

For best results, gloves should be clean and dry before applying Get a Grip Original.

1. Shake the bottle up to mix the liquid (important especially if the bottle has sat for a while).

2. Apply to the glove palms using 4 or 5 sprays ( Apply more or less sprays to achieve the desired amount of grip).

3. Rub the glove palms together to evenly spread the spray across the palms.

4. Allow the palms to dry and activate, approx. 5 minutes (Drying times can vary depending on the amount sprayed and the weather conditions).

5. Re-Apply when needed. Get a Grip Original can be re-applied when grip levels are decreasing or to increase the level of grip required.

How to Use Keep it Clean:

How to Use on Football Boots: First remove as much mud as possible, wet the boot then apply a few pumps of foaming soap onto the soleplate (studs) and work in with a clean sponge then turn the boot and clean the top of the boot (apply more foam if needed). Finish by rinsing boot with clean water then leave to dry.

How to Use on Goalkeeper Gloves: Remove excess mud first then wet the gloves with warm water (Not hot water as this will damage to glove palm), apply a few pumps of foam to the back of the glove and work in with a clean sponge. Next apply a few pumps of Keep it Clean to the glove palm and again, work in with a clean sponge. Run the gloves under warm water (not hot water) and squeeze out excess water before hanging to dry naturally.

***Do not dry goalkeeper gloves on a radiator or heater as this will cause the latex palm to become damaged.***
